General Conditions: By selecting an online course or training, you agree to pay Brainy Scout the one-time, monthly, or installment-based fee for the program you choose. We appreciate your purchase and aim to provide a rewarding learning experience while offering access to high-quality training content.

Refund Policy Overview:
At Brainy Scout, we value the trust of our users and strive to provide impactful learning experiences. While our courses and training programs are designed to support professional growth, refunds are offered under the following conditions:

Cancellation & Refunds:
If you are dissatisfied with the training or support provided, you may request a refund by emailing contact@brainyscout.com within 7 days of the training's start date. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, and the credited amount will typically appear in your bank account within 5-7 working days after processing.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Refunds are not applicable for self-paced courses.
- If course content or videos have been shared with others/multiple users, or if there is evidence of intent to copy materials, access will be revoked, and no refunds will be issued.

Return of Materials:
For refunds on instructor-led courses, all training materials/content provided must be returned. For further discussion regarding refund claims, please email us or contact us via the phone numbers listed on the Contact Us page.

Brainy Scout reserves the right to cancel/postpone or change the training schedule in the event of insufficient enrollments, trainer(s) unavailability, or any health issues that happened to them, network issues, or any other natural calamities.

In case Brainy Scout reschedules any online training class at its discretion, trainees will be informed. If the user/student is unavailable or unable to attend the rescheduled dates of training, they must notify us. Students have the privilege to reschedule the training and attend it at any future date at their convenience, under the following conditions:

• If the student wishes to reschedule their online training class, they must submit the request at least 3 days before the start of the training.
• If the student wishes to change or reschedule their training class for any unforeseen reason or register for a future date, they must inform and discuss this with the Support Team of Brainy Scout.
